Cancellations/ Rescheduling Policy: We set aside our time for each of our students when we schedule your class. Our instructors show up on time and are prepared to train you. With this in mind, should you have to reschedule we kindly ask that you do so 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled class so that we may give another person that time slot. If you cancel within 24 hours you will forfeit any refund of your course. Should you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time of your course there will be a refund of 50% of your course fees. There is a charge to reschedule of at least equal to your original course and is charged at the discretion of Safety Steph CPR & First Aid Training.
