Cancellations/ Rescheduling Policy: At Safety Steph CPR & First Aid Training we are committed to giving each and every student an excellent learning experience. We are here to help you learn the life-saving concepts of CPR and first aid. One of the ways that we do this is by setting aside enough time for your class to give each student a learning environment where they can learn the theory and practice the techniques so they are prepared in an emergency and have fun. We require payment at the time of booking to set aside this time. Our cancellation policy has been set to allow for flexibility while still honoring each and every student's learning experience. Therefore, cancellation must be done by contacting us at info@safetysteph.com no less than 72 hours before the scheduled class date, a refund of the class fees minus a cancellation fee of $25 per person will be refunded to the payment method given at the time of scheduling. For cancellations within 72 hours, there will be no refunds.

For hybrid classes, if the student has not completed the online portion of the course by 8 am the day of the class the skills session will be rescheduled to another day and a fee of $75 per person will be charged at the time of rescheduling. There will be no refunds for the original cost of the course.

Rescheduled classes with less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the original price of the class and possible further additional fees of no less than the cost of the course per person to be rescheduled.

If travel fees were originally charged they will be charged again.

These policies will be applied on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management and may be changed at any time without notice.
